Garrick P. Hubbard, MD
Dr. Hubbard grew up 45 miles north of Indianapolis near Greentown. He graduated summa cum laude from the Ball State Honors College at Ball State Universtiy in 1995, completing a thesis in molecular biology. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Hubbard spent the next four years completing his internal medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana where he received an award for being the outstanding resident in his class. During the last year of his residency, he served as Chief Resident. The final two years of his training were spent in an adult and pediatric allergy and immunology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, he was the principal investigator in a study on the diagnosis of peanut allergy. |

Jenny V. Casburn, NP-C
Though born in Indianapolis, Jenny spent much of her childhood in Monterey, California and Phoenix, Arizona. She returned to Indiana for undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anderson University in 2005. Following graduation, Jenny worked as an RN in the Emergency Departments at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and subsequently Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO. Jenny’ s desire to further her education brought her back to Indianapolis, where she attended Indiana University to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. While in graduate school Jenny worked in the pediatric primary care setting and as a research assistant for two heart failure studies at IUPUI. Jenny is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. She is an associate member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Jenny lives in Indianapolis with her husband and looks forward to caring for your allergy needs. |

Maggie Blettner, NP
Maggie was born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis and attended Purdue University in West Lafayette for undergraduate studies. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006, she returned to Indianapolis to begin work at Community Hospital East in the Emergency Department. She continued working there while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree at IU. She successfully completed this program in the summer of 2011. Maggie is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practioners, the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, and the College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Maggie lives on the southeast side of Indianapolis with her husband and looks forward to caring for your allergy needs. |

Noel L. Jansen, MD

Dr. Jansen was born and raised in Following completion of her training in 1994, Dr. Jansen returned to Dr Jansen was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1992. She became a diplomate of The American Board of Allergy and Immunology in 1995 and achieved her recertification in 2005. She is a member of the Indianapolis Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association, Indiana Allergy Society, American Medical Association, and Dr. Jansen lives in Fishers with her husband and three children and retired from the practice in 2011. |
